SKIN REJUVENATION (FACE & BODY)
SKIN REJUVENATION (FACE & BODY)
It is an innovative facial rejuvenation treatment that restores youthful skin, stimulates collagen production beneath the skin, and revitalizes the skin’s condition, resulting in a brighter complexion.

Cell Therapy
is the use of cells or cell components to help rejuvenate, repair, and restore youthfulness, allowing the body to experience a return to a youthful state once again.
Cell Therapy (Stem Cell Therapy)
Stem cell therapy involves using cells or components of cells to help rejuvenate, repair, and stimulate growth in the cells of our body. It aids in restoring youthfulness and overall health, allowing the body to experience vitality once again.
Initially, stem cell therapy began with using animal organs that were finely ground for treatment. Over time, only specific cells or parts of cells were extracted for use. Today, advancements allow for the cultivation of cells, selecting only the strongest stem cells. However, many people are unaware that stem cells vary in quality, ranging from affordable options costing tens of thousands of baht to those priced in the millions. The higher price reflects better quality in terms of cell collection, cultivation, and selection processes, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
A good stem cell production standard involves five main steps:
-
GTP Standard for selecting high-quality tissue for cultivation, ensuring it is free from contamination.
-
ATMP or US-FDA Standards for production aimed at medical use.
-
ISCT Standard for testing the quality of complete and suitable stem cells.
-
ISO Standards for ensuring accuracy and safety in all production steps.
-
GMP Standard to ensure uniform quality in production.
Currently, stem cell therapy is used to treat or alleviate symptoms of various diseases, particularly those involving chronic inflammation, such as allergies, autoimmune diseases, liver diseases, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, tendon or muscle inflammation, and hormonal imbalances. It is also used for skin rejuvenation and addressing hair loss.
The skin around our hair follicles contains clusters of stem cells, known as “stem cell bulge,” which are responsible for skin repair and strengthening, leading to healthier and more beautiful skin. However, as we age, the number of stem cells decreases, and their efficiency diminishes, causing the skin to lose its vitality. Stimulating these stem cells through stem cell therapy can help increase their numbers and improve their function. Additionally, it can repair skin damaged by environmental pollutants, toxins, and harmful cosmetics used in daily life.

Mesotherapy
Natural extracts are delivered directly to the dermis, targeting the deeper layers of the skin. It helps break down fat, brighten the skin, reduce wrinkles, fade dark spots, treat acne, and reduce cellulite.
Mesotherapy
After the fertilization of the egg and sperm, the embryo undergoes cellular division until it reaches a stage with three thin layers (similar to the three layers of skin). The outermost layer is called the Ectoderm, the middle layer is the Mesoderm, and the innermost layer is the Endoderm. As the embryo develops into a fetus, the Ectoderm becomes the epidermis (outer skin layer), while the Mesoderm becomes the dermis (the deeper skin layer). Injecting nutrients directly into the dermis layer of the skin is known as Mesotherapy.
Mesotherapy uses very fine needles (just slightly thicker than a hair) to inject nutrients or natural extracts directly into the dermis layer of the skin. There are various formulas used in Mesotherapy, depending on the purpose of treatment, such as fat breakdown, skin whitening, brightening, wrinkle reduction, dark spot reduction, acne treatment, or cellulite reduction. However, it is important to note that Mesotherapy may not always be effective, as the solutions used may not be suitable for everyone’s skin type, and the quality of the products can vary between brands.
Additionally, combining Mesotherapy with other procedures can enhance the results. For example, MesoFat injections combined with ThermiRF treatment can stimulate fat breakdown, while MesoGlow combined with facial massage to push vitamins deeper into the skin can help to brighten the skin significantly.

Ultherapy & HIFU
High-frequency sound wave therapy stimulates collagen production, helping to lift and tighten the face, reduce double chin and wrinkles, and rejuvenate the skin for a healthier appearance.
Ultherapy & HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound)
HIFU is a treatment that delivers high-frequency sound waves to a specific layer under the skin called the SMAS(Superficial Muscular Aponeurotic System). By applying the appropriate and precise energy to this area, it stimulates collagen production, helping to lift and tighten the face, reduce sagging, and smooth out wrinkles. When the sound waves are directed to the superficial layers of the skin, it can also help reduce fine lines, rejuvenate the skin, and improve its overall health and texture, making it look plump and smooth.
There are several brands and qualities of HIFU machines, which means the cost of treatment can vary. Ultherapy is considered the leader among these HIFU devices, offering outstanding treatment results. It incorporates Guide Ultrasound Technology, allowing doctors to view the skin layers in real-time and target the SMAS layer with pinpoint accuracy. This makes Ultherapy more effective than other standard HIFU machines. The Ultherapy device has received approval from the US-FDA and is supported by a substantial amount of research.
Results from HIFU (and Ultherapy) typically become visible about 3 months after treatment, with the best results seen at 6 months. The effects of HIFU typically last around 6-8 months, while Ultherapy lasts longer, typically about 1 to 1.5 years (up to 2 years for younger individuals). Additionally, the results depend on the technique used during the treatment, including the angles of the energy delivery. Experienced doctors with specialized techniques, such as shooting from the muscle layer, can provide the best possible results.

IV Treatment
กาAdministering the correct nutrients via intravenous therapy helps the body recover quickly, reduce allergic conditions, and assist in controlling blood sugar levels.
IV Treatment (Intravenous Nutrient Therapy)
“Working hard, feeling exhausted, no matter how much rest, it doesn’t seem to help… Your body might need a boost with concentrated vitamins.”
“Staying up late, partying too much, drinking non-stop… Time for a detox, maybe?”
“Sick and overwhelmed with medications, how are your liver and kidneys holding up?”
“PM2.5 with three types of heavy metals in the air, inhaling it deep into your lungs—let’s cleanse it out at Medtopia.”
In today’s world, people’s lifestyles often lead to an imbalance in nutrient intake, insufficiency, and increased exposure to toxins from the environment, including water, food, air, or chemicals we use in our daily lives. Administering the correct nutrients through intravenous therapy can quickly restore your body, alleviate allergy symptoms, help control blood sugar, regulate blood pressure, and support kidney and liver function—especially for those who take medications or consume alcohol regularly. Additionally, it can improve skin health, reduce jet lag, and combat chronic fatigue.

Facial Treatment
Push vitamins into skin cells using an electrical charge device, which opens the skin cell membrane, allowing nutrients to penetrate deeply into the cells. It also opens the pores to remove blockages.
Facial Treatment (Vitamin Infusion & Facial Massage)
As skin cells age and renew themselves, remnants of dead cells accumulate on the skin’s surface, forming a protective barrier that prevents foreign substances from penetrating the skin. However, this barrier also blocks nourishing skincare products from being absorbed effectively. To deeply nourish the skin at the cellular level, a multi-step process is needed, including:
-
Cleansing to remove dirt and residue from the skin’s surface
-
Exfoliating to scrub away old, dead skin cells
-
Prepping the skin to receive nutrients and active ingredients
-
Vitamin infusion using a galvanic device that opens cell membranes and hair follicles, allowing nutrients to deeply penetrate the skin and clearing out blockages
-
Cooling therapy to seal the skin’s surface, helping to lock in nutrients within the cells for long-lasting results
This comprehensive treatment rejuvenates the skin, improves absorption, and enhances the effectiveness of skincare products.
